

Organic Artisan Sourdough
My name is Diana and I am a stay at home mom of two beautiful children. My sourdough journey started a few years ago when my son was diagnosed with multiple food allergies, and suddenly we were unable to buy any store bought bread or baked goods. Our family loves sourdough bread for itβs easy digestion and sour flavor, so began my quest to bake this delicious bread at home so my son didnβt have to miss out on the pure joy of fresh artisan bread. After a few months of baking, my mother was diagnosed with cancer and my bread became a staple of her diet during her healing process. I began to gift my bread to family and friends, and each person encouraged (or demanded) that I start selling my loaves. So, here I am! Offering fresh, delicious, slow fermented sourdough bread for purchase.All of my sourdough loaves are made using organic flour, real sea salt and filtered water. All bread is made to order and is slow fermented for up to 48 hours before baking to lower the gluten content and make it more digestible. And I am looking forward to making a loaf just for you! π
